Simple questions and clear answers about purchasing and using a Wi Player activation.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

What am I purchasing?

You are purchasing a license to activate and use the Wi Player application according to the plan selected at checkout.

You are not purchasing an IPTV subscription, television channels, movies, series, sports content, a playlist, or access to a third-party media provider.

Does Wi Player provide IPTV subscriptions or media content?

No. Wi Player is a media player only. Customers provide their own legally authorized playlist or provider information. Wi Player does not sell, operate, control, host, curate, or guarantee third-party IPTV services or the media contained in a customer's playlist.

Which Wi Player plans are available?

  • Wi Player — 1 Year Activation: $5.00
  • Wi Player — Lifetime Activation: $10.00
  • Wi Player Premium — 1 Year Activation: $9.99

The plan, price, Device ID, and any applicable charges shown at checkout are the details that apply to that transaction.

What does “Lifetime Activation” mean?

Lifetime refers only to the Wi Player software activation purchased for the licensed Device ID. It does not mean lifetime IPTV service, lifetime access to a playlist, lifetime availability of a third-party provider, or lifetime access to any channel, movie, or series.

What is Wi Player Premium?

Wi Player Premium unlocks the Premium features described on the Wi Player website for the purchased period. Premium may include dedicated Sports TV, Kids TV, Kids Movies & Series, Anime Movies & Series, Hide & Move category controls, category ordering, protected hidden categories, and additional themes.

Is my activation linked to a Device ID?

Yes. A website activation is linked to the Wi Player Device ID entered during the purchase process. Customers should copy the Device ID directly from Wi Player and verify it before completing payment.

Can I transfer my activation to another Device ID?

No. Wi Player activations are non-transferable. Once a paid activation is assigned to a Device ID, it cannot be moved, exchanged, or transferred to another Device ID.

If you replace your television, box, computer, or other device and the new installation has a different Wi Player Device ID, a new activation is required for that new Device ID.

What if I enter the wrong Device ID?

The customer is responsible for checking the Device ID before payment. A completed activation cannot be moved to another Device ID because the wrong ID was entered.

A refund request, if any, is handled only under the refund rules below and does not create a right to transfer the activation.

Do I receive a free trial?

Eligible new Wi Player Device IDs may receive a 7-day trial. The trial begins when that Device ID is first registered by the Wi Player service and is intended to let customers test the player before purchasing an activation.

Can I uninstall Wi Player and receive another free trial?

No. Reinstalling the application is not intended to create another trial for the same eligible device/application identity. Attempts to repeatedly bypass trial limits may be treated as abuse of the service.

How many playlists can I use?

Wi Player is designed to support up to three playlists per device. A playlist belongs to the customer or the customer's chosen provider. Uploading a playlist to Wi Player does not mean that Wi Player owns, sells, verifies, or supplies that playlist or its content.

Does buying Wi Player guarantee that every playlist will work?

No. Wi Player is designed to work with supported playlist and provider formats, but third-party servers may use different configurations, restrictions, codecs, authentication methods, or availability rules. A Wi Player license purchases the player activation, not a guarantee that every third-party service will remain compatible or online.

What if my IPTV provider, playlist, channels, movies, or series stop working?

Wi Player is not the seller or operator of your IPTV provider. Problems caused by a third-party provider — including an expired subscription, offline server, missing channel, changed credentials, unavailable content, provider-side buffering, or provider shutdown — are the responsibility of that provider and are not the same as a failure of the Wi Player license.

Who is responsible for the legality of the playlist or content I use?

The customer is responsible for using playlists, subscriptions, and media sources they are legally authorized to access. Wi Player does not grant rights to third-party media and does not authorize access to copyrighted content.

Can I request a refund?

For a purchase made directly through the Wi Player website, Wi Player offers a 7-day refund request period starting from the purchase date. The purchase must be verifiable and must not already have been refunded.

Wi Player does not offer voluntary refunds after this 7-day period.

What information do I need for a refund request?

To locate and verify the purchase, Wi Player may ask for:

  • the email address connected to the purchase;
  • the payment, order, or transaction ID;
  • the Wi Player Device ID associated with the activation.

Wi Player does not need your full card number or CVV to review a normal refund request.

What if I accidentally pay twice?

If you believe you made a duplicate payment, contact Wi Player promptly and provide both transaction references. Any voluntary refund request for a duplicate website purchase should be submitted within the applicable 7-day refund request period.

Can the same transaction be refunded more than once?

No. Once a transaction has been fully refunded, that same transaction cannot be refunded a second time.

What happens to my activation after a refund or reversed payment?

If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled after payment, or otherwise becomes unpaid, Wi Player may deactivate the activation associated with that transaction. A refunded or unpaid paid activation does not remain active.

What happens if I open a payment dispute or chargeback?

Wi Player may suspend or deactivate the related activation while a dispute is being reviewed. If the payment is ultimately reversed or not paid, the paid activation may remain deactivated.

Who processes my payment?

Payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider such as PayPal when offered. The payment provider handles sensitive payment credentials. Wi Player receives only the transaction information reasonably needed to verify payment, activate the Device ID, provide support, and process a valid refund.

Do you need my card number or CVV to refund me?

No. A refund is normally issued against the original payment transaction through the payment provider. Wi Player does not need to ask you for your full card number or CVV.

What is my proof of purchase?

The transaction or order record issued by the payment provider is the primary proof that a payment was completed. Customers should keep their transaction ID or payment receipt because it may be required for refund or payment support.

What if the payment is incomplete or rejected?

An activation is not considered purchased until the payment provider confirms successful payment. Pending, cancelled, failed, reversed, or unpaid transactions do not create a permanent paid license.

What if I downloaded Wi Player from Samsung, LG, Microsoft, or another app store?

Downloading the Wi Player application from an app store does not by itself mean that the store sold your Wi Player website activation. If you purchase the activation directly on the Wi Player website, these Terms of Sale apply to that direct purchase.

If a future version of Wi Player offers a purchase directly through an app store's own billing system, that store's payment, cancellation, and refund rules may also apply to that store transaction.

Can Wi Player prices change?

Yes. Wi Player may change prices for future purchases. A future price change does not retroactively change the amount already paid for a completed transaction.

Can Wi Player features or the application change?

Yes. Software evolves. Wi Player may improve, update, redesign, add, replace, or remove features for security, compatibility, performance, platform requirements, or continued service operation. The plan displayed at purchase describes the license being purchased at that time.

Can an activation be suspended or refused?

Wi Player may suspend, refuse, or deactivate an activation where reasonably necessary to respond to fraud, an invalid or reversed payment, repeated chargeback abuse, attempts to bypass licensing or trial controls, unauthorized resale or sharing of licenses, technical attacks, or serious misuse of the service.

Is Wi Player responsible for my internet connection or third-party provider?

No. Internet quality, local network performance, device performance, third-party server availability, provider subscription status, and provider content are outside Wi Player's control.

Do local consumer laws ever give me additional rights?

These Terms explain Wi Player's normal commercial rules, including its 7-day voluntary website refund request period. They do not remove consumer rights that applicable law says cannot be waived or excluded. If mandatory law gives you an additional right or remedy, that mandatory right continues to apply.

Where is Wi Player operated from?

Wi Player is currently developed and operated from Morocco. Official business and support contact details will be published before public commercial launch.

How do I contact Wi Player about a purchase?

Use the Contact Us page for refund requests, activation problems, payment questions, or other purchase support. An official support email will be added before public launch.

When do these Terms apply?

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made directly through the Wi Player website. Before payment, the customer is asked to confirm acceptance of the Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they had the opportunity to review the plan, price, Device ID, and these Terms.
